How do I unlock my room door using FlexSpace?
FlexSpace allows you to unlock your room door directly from the app — no key or keycode needed. Here’s how:
- Go to Reservations and find your booking.
- Click on the booking to open the Reservation Details.
- Tap Check-In to begin your session.
- Tap Unlock Door.
- You will see a confirmation message: “Door Unlocked.”
What if I need to unlock the door again during my session? If your door locks again during your session, open your booking in Reservations, click on it to open the Reservation Details, and tap the Unlock button. This will re-unlock the door without affecting your booking or session time.
What if the door doesn’t unlock? If tapping Unlock Door does not work, try refreshing the app and attempting again. If the issue continues, use the Message button on your booking to contact WellSpace staff immediately for assistance.
